To Set Color Depth for Plotted DWFx Files

1. Click Application menu Print.
2. In the Printer/Plotter area, in the Name list, select a DWFx plotter configuration file. Click Properties.
3. In the Plotter Configuration Editor, click the Device and Document Settings tab.
4. Click the (+) sign to expand the Graphics node in the tree window.
5. Click Vector Graphics.
6. In the Color Depth area, select a color depth. Click OK.
7. In the Changes to a Printer Configuration dialog box, do one of the following:
   • Select Apply Changes for the Current Plot Only — to specify a one-time override of the configuration settings that is not saved to the DWF configuration file.
   • Select Save Changes to the Following File — to save the configuration changes to the DWF configuration file.
8. Click OK.
9. In the Browse for Plot File dialog box, navigate to the folder location you want to save. Click Save.
