To Add Product Updates to a Deployment Using Application Manager

Application Manager starts in a special Administrator mode when you finish creating a deployment. It shows all available updates (including dependencies) for the products selected for the final image.

Note that the Application Manager client application isn't installed on your computer. It starts directly from the deployment creation environment.

  1. Select the Create Deployment option from the installation framework. At the completion of the workflow, Application Manager starts in Administrator mode and displays all available updates for selected products.
  2. Select which updates to download and include in your deployment.
Note: You can also start Application Manager in Administrator mode when you modify an existing deployment.
