About Baseline Commands

The following table lists the baseline-related AutoCAD Civil 3D survey commands and briefly describes their functionality.

Note: These commands must be entered in the Survey Command Window. For more information, see Survey Command Window.

Command	Description
BL IS [point 1] [point 2] [station]	Defines a baseline
BL PT (point 1) [station] (offset) (description)	Creates a point at an offset from a baseline
BL INV [point 1] (point 2)	Lists a baseline direction using inverse point
