To run the Configure Users program, it is a requirement that the installation folder "User" be renamed to "Users". If the Complete or Partial Network Installation has been installed, use the Configure Users application to check the database location in the Program Paths tab. If the error message "Cannot Run User Manager" appears when trying to access Configure Users, this indicates that there is no Users folder as a sub-level folder to your database folder. If this is the case, follow the instructions below to rename the "User" folder to "Users".
To rename the "User" folder to "Users":

Using Windows Explorer, browse to the installation database folder. The default location is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Fabrication <version>\Metric Content\6.07\Database. See the Note above if the database folder is not in the default location.

Create a new folder in this location by clicking File
New
Folder.
- Rename the newly created folder to Users.
