Accessing the Grading Menu

Primary colour grading is done from the Grading menu.

To access the Grading menu:

1. Do one of the following:
   • In the Main menu, click Colour and then Grading.
   • Press F7. See Displaying Colour Menus in the Player.

   The Grading menu appears.

   

   (a) Grading button  (b) Grading menu (Log mode)  (c) Input and Output buttons  

2. Enable one of the following buttons.

   Input

   Enables input primary grading. Use it to perform primary colour grading at the beginning of the colour grading process.

   Output

   Enables output primary grading. Use it to perform primary colour grading at the end of the colour grading process, that is, after RGB and Hue modifications, as well as selective grading have been performed.

   Note: The Hue setting is only enabled for selective colour grading.
