Edit Tasks and Sequences
- Set the browser view to Sequence View.
- Select a Task or Sequence in the browser, right-click, and select Edit.
- In the Edit Task and Sequences dialog box, select a Task or Sequence from the list, and then:

To save your edits:
- Click Apply. Then select another Task or Sequence and continue editing.
- Click OK to finish the command.
Reorganize Animation Actions
To change the order of the animation actions, reorder the sequences and tweaks in the Sequence View of the browser.
- To add a new Task, right-click the Explosion node, and click Create Task.
- To change the order of Sequences, select a Sequence and drag it to the desired location.
- To move a tweak from one sequence to another, select the tweak and drag it into the desired sequence.
- To combine two or more sequences, select the sequences, right-click, and select Group Sequences.
- To hide a component for the duration of a sequence, select the component from the assembly hierarchy at the end of the browser and drag it to the
Hidden folder
in the desired sequence.
Record an Animation
- On the ribbon, click Presentation tab
Create panel
Animate.
- In the Animation dialog box:
- Set the number of repetitions.
- Change the Interval value to control the playback speed for the animation. The higher the number, the greater the time delay between frames.
- If appropriate, select Minimize Dialog During Recording.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
- To preview the animation in the graphic window, click one of the Motion commands.
To stop the animation and make edits in the dialog box, click Reset.
- To record the animation to a file, click Record.
- In the Save As dialog box, specify the location, type, and name for the animation file, and click Save.
- In the WMV Export Properties dialog box, specify properties of the recorded animation.
- Click one of the play commands to start recording.
