When the Move command is activated, it provides a tools menu. Using the options on the menu, you can:

Reorient a triad

Use Reorient Triad to adjust the position of the triad by aligning a triad component to a selected geometry.

Reset a triad

You can restore the triad to its original position using Reset Triad. The option is available after you reorient the triad.

Toggle triad

When you want to move two or more components along the same direction, you can do it in the global coordinate space. The object coordinate space is on by default when you activate the Move command for a component. To switch to the global coordinate space, click Toggle Triad on the Move menu. In the global coordinate space, the triad has a halo effect applied to all its components.

Snap a component to a selected geometry

Use Snap Component to snap a component to a selected edge or face.

Move component precisely

Use the Move Editor for precise movement. You can enter move values for X, Y, and Z. You also can define the precision and unit.
