Check in a new publisher document or a modified publisher document back in to the vault.
New Document check in
Checking in a new saved publisher document brings up the vault folder browser. Select the folder in the vault to move the document. The check-in dialog appears after the folder is selected.
Check in Options
Keep files checked out - This option updates the file in vault with the latest document but keeps the file checked out. Checking in a new document creates a copy of the file in the local working folder.
Close file and delete working copies - This option closes the file in Publisher and also deletes the local copy in the working folder.
None selected - If neither one of the options are not selected, the file is checked in, and a ready-only copy is created in the local working folder.
Remember: Checking in a file that exists in a vault has the exact same options as a new document. However, the option to select a folder location in vault to place the file does not appear since the file has a folder location.
