Open Publisher document from Vault

Open an Inventor Publisher ipb document directly from vault. The vault explorer shows all the publisher files in the different folders in the vault.

File status on Open

• Black - When a Publisher .ipb file appears black in the vault explorer, it reflects that the file is not checked out. A message appears with option to either checkout the file or not.
  • Yes Check out - Opens the Publisher file in edit mode.
  • No Check out - Opens the Publisher in a read-only mode.
• Blue - When a Publisher .ipb file appears blue in the vault explorer it reflects that the file is already checked out. The file opens in edit mode.
