Create a linear dimension
Create a linear dimension between any two points and place the dimension on any allowed plane. Automatically snap to end points of an edge, mid points of an edge and also to the center of a circle. Moving the end points to different location instantly updates the dimension. Change the dimension precision or the dimension unit using the dimension options.
Important: Linear dimensions are per snapshot based and hence there is no browser representation for a linear dimension . A dimension from one snapshot cannot be cloned or made visible in another snapshot.
Note: Sick dimensions (dimensions that have lost the end points) are represented in Red. Drag end points to new location and dimension turns healthy.
