Membrane_Shader - superclass: ReferenceTarget; super-superclass:MAXWrapper - classID: #(811029973, 807618143) 

This is an unsupported sample viewport shader used to display membrane shading on DirectX-enabled hardware. It is only available if you add \plugins\hardwareshaders to your plugin paths.
