Create the Cooling Lines

In this task, you will use the Cooling Circuit Wizard to create simple cooling channels.

1. Click (Geometry tab > Create panel > Cooling Circuit).

2. Select 10 mm as the channel diameter.

3. Enter 25 mm as the distance above and below the part.

4. Select X as the alignment direction, then click Next.

   

5. Enter 6 mm as the number of channels.

6. Enter 35 mm as the distance between channel centers

7. Enter 50 mm as the distance beyond the part

8. Click Preview to see the layout.

   

9. Click Finish.
