changeSubdivComponentDisplayLevel [-level int] [-relative boolean]
changeSubdivComponentDisplayLevel is undoable, queryable, and NOT editable.
Explicitly forces the subdivision surface to display components at a
particular level of refinement.
In query mode, return type is based on queried flag.
