Reposition retime markers

To move retime markers

1. To reposition retime markers without adjusting the timing, select a marker (or Shift + select multiple markers), then do either of the following:
   • Press Ctrl + Left or Right Arrow.
   • Drag the thin upper or lower segment of a marker.
