Set and display timecode for the scene

To set the scene timecode

1. Select Animate > Set Timecode.
2. In the Set Timecode Options window that appears, set the options you want. See Set Time Code Options for more information.

To display timecode in the scene view

1. Select Display > Heads Up Display > Scene Timecode.

   The timecode appears in the bottom right corner of your current view.

To display timecode in the Time Slider or Range Slider

1. Select Window > Settings/Preferences > Preferences.
2. In the Preferences window, under Settings, select the Time Slider category.
3. Turn on the Timecode option.

   The timecode now displays in the Time Slider and the Range slider.
