Please check the value and run the analysis again.

Explanation

If you choose to use the Constant nucleation density model, which is the default selection, you are required to enter the number of cells per volume. This value is then used by the solver to calculate the various results. If you select the Fitted Classical Nucleation Model, this entry box disappears, but other data is required if you do not use the default foaming gas.

Resolution

Enter, or correct, the number of cells per volume in the Process Settings Wizard:

1. Click (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Process Settings).
2. Click Next until you reach the Microcellular Injection Molding Settings page and enter the number of cells per volume, within the specified range.
3. Click Next, if necessary, to progress to the last page of the Process Settings Wizard.
4. Click Finish to close the dialog.
