Exporting the runner system as a (*.igs) or (*.udm) file

This option allows you to export your runner system as an ASCII IGES (*.igs), or ASCII UDM (*.udm) file, for use in another study, or a third party CAD package.

1. Open a study that contains a runner system.
2. Click (Geometry tab > Feed System panel > Export Runners). The Export dialog appears.
3. Click to navigate to an appropriate location, to name and store the file.
4. Click Save to save and close the Save As dialog, and then click OK to save and close the Export dialog.
