** WARNING 305360 ** One or more tetrahedral elements with the property type "Legacy overmolding second component" have been found in the mesh. Support for these elements is not expected beyond the current release. You are advised to change their element property type to the recommended type "Part (3D)", and set the Component to second shot on the Overmolding Component tab.

Explanation

This model has been prepared for an overmolding analysis in an older version of software, using a workflow that is now obsolete. The element property type Overmolding second component (3D) is no longer supported and has been renamed Legacy overmolding second component (3D) : obsolete for this release only. It is anticipated that this legacy property type will be made obsolete in the next release.

Resolution

Select all the elements with property type Legacy overmolding second component (3D) : obsolete, then

1. Right-click the mouse and select Change Property Type from the drop-down menu
2. Select Part (3D) from the options in the Change Property Type To dialog, then click OK.
3. Right-click the mouse and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the Overmolding Component tab of the Part (3D) dialog.
5. Set the Component to 2nd shot, then click OK.
6. You can now continue preparing for your overmolding analysis.
