Running a Fill analysis

Run a Fill analysis to predict the thermoplastic polymer flow inside the mold in the filling phase.

Ensure that you have specified an injection location.

1. Open a model.
2. Click (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Analysis Wizard).
3. In the Sequence tab, select the Fill check box and then click Next.
4. If necessary, edit the Material properties.
5. If necessary, edit the Process Settings.
6. Click (Home tab > Analysis panel > Start Analysis) to start the analysis.

Once the analysis has finished, the Summary pane appears.

Note: Click (Home tab > Analysis panel > Job Manager > Abort Job) to abort the analysis.
