Cooling Planes dialog

Add, modify or delete cooling planes from the current model.

Note: The available modeling tools depend on the mold type selected.

Cooling planes are always parallel to the XY plane. This tool allows you to specify the depth on the Z axis of a cooling plane by three methods:

• Click the Top or Bottom buttons.

• Enter a value in the Z depth of plane text box.

• Drag the cooling plane markers in the display window.

Add, edit or delete cooling planes.

Add

Creates a new plane.

The default name of the new plane appears in the list of planes.

Delete

Remove the selected plane from the list of planes.

Planes list

Displays the list of the modeling planes you created.
