Copy a part

The Copy tool allows you to duplicate a part for a multi-cavity layout. The selected part is duplicated and then translated a specified direction and distance.

  1. Make sure you have selected the Multi-cavity mold type.
  2. Click Copy (Geometry tab > Layout panel > Copy).
  3. Select the part(s) you want to copy.
  4. Enter the distances in each direction along which to translate the copy.
  5. Click Apply to see the result without closing the dialog. Click OK to accept the result and close the dialog.
