Edit valve gate controllers

Once you have created a valve gate controller, it is easy to edit the settings. What you can edit depends on whether you have created a Variable Speed controller or an Instant opening valve gate controller.

You can create a variable speed valve gate controller, if your model has a Dual Domain or Midplane mesh. An instant opening controller can be created for all mesh types.

1. On your model, select the valve gate controller that you would like to edit.
2. Use the right mouse button to click and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
3. Ensure that Edit properties of selected elements only is selected, and click OK.
4. Select the Valve Gate Control tab, check that the correct valve gate controller is showing, then click Edit.
6. Make your edits, then click OK to close the View/Edit Valve Gate Controller dialog.
