By default, all modified studies are automatically saved every 10 minutes to safeguard against data loss. You can change the default time interval or disable automatic saves altogether.
When you open a project, a check is performed for a backup file for each study in the project. If one is detected, the Auto-Saved Study Found dialog appears, asking which file you want to load. When you open a study file loaded from a backup, a prompt also appears, asking you to save it. Once the study is saved, the backup file is deleted.
- Click
then Options. The Options dialog appears. - On the General tab, either:
- Deselect Auto-save every to disable automatic saves, or
- Enter a time interval in minutes for the Auto-save every option.
- Click OK.
