Select a model face

Selection of all the elements on a plane or face of a part is achieved using the Expand to Planar Triangles Selection tool.

To select a face on the part do the following:

1. Select an element on the required surface

   

2. Click Mesh tab > Selection panel > Expand to Planar Triangles. All connected triangles on the same plane are selected.
