** ERROR 3000402 ** Material change - Database information is missing. Access to the User/System database is only available on the Windows platform with the installation of a compatible Autodesk Moldflow Synergy.

Explanation

The format to change a material is <Material Location="filepath or .ubd file" ID="material id number">.

Error 3000402 will occur under the following conditions:

• There is no Location attribute specified.
  Note: The Location component can only be omitted on a Windows platform with compatible versions of Autodesk Moldflow Synergy - User Interface and Autodesk Moldflow Insight - Solvers installed on the machine. The new material must also be available in the customer database.
• XML is case sensitive, the incorrect capitalization of the label Location is required.

Resolution

Check the Modifier file used by the studymod utility and correct the following where relevant.

• There is a Location attribute within the Material tag.
• The capitalization is correct for the Location attribute name.
