Explanation
The variable speed profiles for opening and closing the valve gates are programmed in the View/Edit Valve Gate Controller dialog. You have selected Open as the valve gate initial state, yet you have programmed a valve gate opening profile. The gate will be assumed to be open, and the open velocity profile will be ignored.
Resolution
If you intended the initial state of the valve gate to be open, you need not do anything.
If you intended the initial state of the valve gate to be closed, then go to the View/Edit Valve Gate Controller dialog, and change this setting to Closed.
To access the View/Edit Valve Gate Controller dialog,
- Click
() and select Create/Edit. - Select the valve gate controller identified in the error message and click View/Edit.
- In the View/Edit Valve Gate Controller dialog, change the Valve gate initial state to Closed.
- Click OK to close the dialog, and all subsequent dialogs.
