A service pack (also called an update release) is not a full installation of Autodesk software. Instead, a service pack makes targeted changes to specific areas of an existing installation.
Service packs often resolve issues and improve the performance of the software. For a specific list of the changes in a particular service pack, see its readme file. The readme file also provides complete instructions on how to install the service pack.
