When you try to access a workshared file, the system crashes, or a message informs you that the "File <file name> is being accessed by someone else and is not available."
Issue: You may encounter this issue if Revit is supported with Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Networks (SAN) devices.
Solution: None. Given the vast array of NAS and SAN devices available on the market, it is not feasible for Autodesk to test each device. NAS and SAN devices are therefore not supported. However, they may work in limited situations.
