To Initialize the API

Initializing the API from your application consists of the following primary tasks:

1. Run initialize() to establish the interprocess communication (IPC) between the application and the Screencast recorder.
2. Create your own FacadeObserver to receive notifications from the Screencast recorder.
3. Register your product with the Screencast recorder, using the appropriate API call.
4. Set the language code and log the waypoint.
