Create a New Design Scenario

Create a new design scenario for the transient heat transfer analysis. This action preserves the steady-state heat transfer analysis setup and results.

1. If you are continuing from the Circuit Board Steady-State Heat Transfer Analysis tutorial and are still in the Results environment, click the FEA Editor tab at the top of the browser (tree view).
2. Click Analysis Change Type Thermal Transient Heat Transfer.
   Note: You can also right-click the Analysis Type heading in the browser and select Set Current Analysis Type Thermal Transient Heat Transfer from the context menu.
3. Click Yes to create a new design scenario rather than changing the analysis type for the current one.
