Define the Cylinder Geometry

We start by specifying that the cylinder has more than one nozzle and then defining the cylinder geometry.

1. Choose the Multiple nozzles option in the Type of model to generate drop-down list.
2. Click the Multiple nozzles button.  The Geometry tab of the Cylinder With Multiple Nozzles dialog box displays. Notice the tapered cylinder shown in the diagram at the right side of the dialog box.
   Tip: If you want to build a model with a tapered main cylinder, you must choose the Multiple nozzles option, even if you will only be defining one nozzle. The Single nozzle option only supports non-tapered cylinders.
   1. Type 240 in the Length of cylinder (Xpos) field.
   2. Type 120 in the Diameter of cylinder (D1) field.
   3. Press Enter to update the cylinder model in the display area.
3. Click View Orientation Enclose to fit the model within the display area.
