Create a New Design Scenario

We create a new design scenario for the response spectrum analysis. This action preserves the setup and results of the natural frequency – modal analysis along with any other analyses you might have set up and solved in other design scenarios.

1. If you are continuing from a prior Truss Tower analysis and are still in the Results environment, click the FEA Editor tab at the top of the browser (tree view).
2. Right-click the Analysis Type heading in the browser and select Set Current Analysis Type Linear Response Spectrum.
   Note: You can also change the analysis type using the options under Analysis Change Type on the command ribbon.
3. Click Yes to create a new design scenario for the new analysis type, rather than changing the analysis type for the current scenario.
