There are several ways to obtain help for commands and options within the user interface:
- Type keywords or phrases into the InfoCenter search field (at the right end of the program title bar) and click the binoculars icon to search the product Help content for relevant topics.
- Right-click certain items and select What's This? A pop-up message with an explanation of the item displays within the dialog box.
- Click the question mark icon in the upper-right corner of a dialog box. A question mark appears next to the cursor. Then, click on an item within the dialog box. This action will either produce a pop-up help message (identical to the preceding What's This? command, or it will open the product Help publication.
- Press the F1 key while a tooltip or dialog box is displayed for context-sensitive help. This action will either open a specific product Help page, or it will produce a pop-up help message in the dialog box.
- Some dialog boxes also have a Help button that links to the appropriate topic of the product Help publication.
