Additional Features Available to Install

Specify additional features to install with the software.

The features to install can be selected as follows:

• During the Advance Steel installation, on the Install > Configure Installation page
• Deployment

The following features can be installed:

• Support files (help file and some examples of Advance Steel projects)
• Additional drawing styles
• Profile Designer

Support Files

Help files and Advance Steel project files in .dwg format can be installed in the following location:

[Windows drive]:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Help\AdvanceSteel.chm

Additional Drawing Styles

Additional drawing styles are organized by country.

When selecting a country, the corresponding drawing styles are installed with the software.

After installation, the drawing styles are accessible from the Drawing Styles Manager. For more details, see the Advance Steel help.

Profile Designer

Installs the Profile Designer - a feature that allows creating advanced user sections that can later be used to create Advance Steel profiles.
