Create Floor Beams

In this example, you will create floor beams between two rafters.

1. Click Home tab Extended Modeling panel (Purlins).
2. Select two rafters as support beams.
3. Select No when asked to enter a reference point and additional reference beam.
4. Modify the purlin macro with the right section size and alignment. To position the beam system as floor beams set Alignment to support on Inside top.
