Anchors - Definition tab

All anchors have default properties that you can change in the properties dialog box, which automatically opens after you create an anchor pattern.

Type

Select the anchor standard from the list.

Grade

Select the steel grade from the list.

Anchor assembly

Select the anchor assembly for the connection.

Diameter

Select the anchor diameter from the list.

Anchor length

Displays the length of the anchors used in the connection.

Assembly location

Select the anchor assembly location (site, site drill, shop).

Hole tolerance

Defines the hole tolerance. This value increases the hole diameter.

Coating

Select the coating from the list.

Inverted

Changes the direction of the anchor axis.

How to invert the anchors

1. Access the anchor pattern properties.
2. Click the Definition tab of the properties dialog box.
3. Check Inverted.

• The direction of the anchor axis is changed.
