To Copy Objects That Are Nested in a DGN Underlay

You can copy objects that are nested in a DGN underlay that exists in the current drawing. The standard AutoCAD NCOPY behavior is enhanced for AutoCAD Civil 3D, in that you can copy nested objects from DGN underlays, xrefs, or blocks into the host drawing.

1. Click Home tabModify panelCopy Nested Objects Find.
2. Select the DGN underlay objects to copy.
3. Press Enter.
4. Specify the base point.
5. Specify the second point.
