When installing Red Hat Linux to run Flame Family applications, you have two options:
Never update your installation of RHEL with yum.
Both methods of installation, the RHEL Autodesk distro and the kickstart-updated RHEL, disable the yum update mechanism. This is to prevent the installation of components that could prevent Flame from running.
