To work offline on an enterprise industry model

1. In the Maintenance workspace, open an enterprise industry model project.
2. Zoom to an area where you want to work.
3. Click Modify tab > Edit Set panel > Automatic Update.
4. – Optionally, click the Online/Offline toggle on the Status Bar.

   This option allows you to save the edit set and continue at a later time.

   Tip: You could also save the edit set to a new drawing where you can make changes. Later, you could go online and merge the changes.

To return online when working on an enterprise industry model

1. – Click the Offline/Online toggle on the Status Bar.
2. Click Modify tab > Edit Set panel > Merge Changes.

   The Merge Changes dialog box is displayed.

   Tip: Data needs to be checked for conflicts before it can be checked in. Any conflicts must be resolved before your changes are added to the database.
3. When done marking changes, click Check In All.
