To Manage Logical Connections

To display the Manage Connections area

1. In the Maintenance workspace, open an industry model drawing or an enterprise industry model project.
2. In the Industry Model explorer, click Connectivity Manager.

   Alternatively, open the form for a feature class that is part of a logical topology . On the Feature Class Form Toolbar, click the Manage Connections icon.

   The Manage Connections area is displayed below the Industry Model Explorer.

To connect features manually

1. In the Maintenance workspace, open an industry model drawing or an enterprise industry model project.
2. For an enterprise industry model , generate the map.
3. Select the feature in the map.
4. In the Industry Model explorer, click Connectivity Manager.
5. In the Manage Connections area, in the connectivity tree, select the feature (root item).
6. Click Connect Features.
7. In the drawing, select the features to connect to the selected feature.

To view logical connections

1. In the Maintenance workspace, open an industry model drawing or an enterprise industry model project.
2. In the drawing, select a feature. Alternatively, click Manage Connections first and then select the feature in the drawing.
3. In the Industry Model explorer, click Connectivity Manager.
4. The Manage Connections area displays all connections that are defined to and from the selected feature.
