Constructions: Line Processing (Vertices)

To split an enterprise industry model line feature with two or more vertices

1. In the Maintenance workspace, open an enterprise industry model project and generate graphics.
2. Click Modify tab > COGO panel > Split.
3. In the map, select the feature to be split.
4. Select or digitize the splitting point. Note that there are two separate line features after the calculation. Each new feature has inherited the attribute data of the old deleted feature.

To add a vertex to an enterprise industry model line feature with two or more vertices

1. Click Modify tab > COGO panel > Add Vertex.
2. In the map, select the feature.
3. Select or digitize the point to insert.

To remove a vertex from an enterprise industry model line feature with three or more vertices

1. Click Modify tab > COGO panel > Remove Vertex.
2. In the map, select the feature.
3. Select the point to remove. You need not to snap the point; you can click in the neighborhood of the vertex.
