To Import and Export Feature Templates

To start the Template Manager

1. In the Maintenance workspace, open an industry model drawing or an enterprise industry model project.
2. In the Industry Model explorer, select a feature class, right-click, and click Templates > Manage.
3. In the Template Manager, under Template Name, select the template.

To export feature templates

1. In the Maintenance workspace, click Output tab > Export > Feature Template.

   If the Template Manager is open, click Export.

2. In the Template Manager, in the tree view, select one or more templates to export.
3. Click Export.
4. In the Export dialog box, specify a name and location for the template (*.tbtx) file.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Close to close the Template Manager.

To import a feature template

1. In the Maintenance workspace, click Insert tab > Import > Feature Template.

   If the Template Manager is open, click Import.

2. In the Import dialog box, select the feature template (*.tbtx) file to import.
3. Click Open.
