Line Offset Calculation Workflow

Sample Line Offset Calculation workflow:

1. In Infrastructure Application Extension, in the Construction toolbar click Offset.
2. In the map, select the base line. You can select only lines that are saved in the database.

   The line and its start and end point are indicated in the drawing and the construction dialog box opens.

3. In the construction dialog box, click Add.
4. In the map, click to specify the distance of the first offset line. Click for the next line. Right-click to finish the entry.
5. In the construction dialog box, modify the parameters of the shifted lines.
6. Click Calculate to see the results in the drawing.
7. Select a feature class.
8. Click Save Features to save your modifications to the database.
