- Maintain Offset

Preserves the original (state prior to constraining), relative translation and rotation of the constrained object. Use this option to maintain spatial and rotational relationships between constrained objects. See Offset parent constraints.
- Decompose near object
- If there is a rotation offset between the constrained and the target object, activate this option to locate the rotation decomposition close to the constrained object (instead of the target object, which is the default).
- Constraint Axes

Determines whether the parent constraint is restricted to a specific axis (X, Y, Z) or to All axes. When All is checked, the X, Y, and Z boxes are dimmed.
- Weight

This is useful only when there are multiple target objects.
