Start FCheck

To start FCheck on Windows

1. Do one of the following:
   • From the Start menu, select Start > Programs > Autodesk > Autodesk Maya > FCheck.
   • Open <drive>\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya<version>\bin folder and double-click the FCheck application.
   • Open the command prompt and enter fcheck.

   The FCheck Playback window and command prompt window appears.

To start FCheck on Mac OS X

1. In the /Applications/Autodesk/maya<version> folder, double-click FCheck.

   The FCheck Playback window and FCheck Info window appears.

   Tip:

   You can click-drag the FCheck icon from a Finder window to the Dock to create a shortcut to the application.

   The FCheck Info window and keyboard shortcuts listed let you control the image or animation in the FCheck Playback window.
