Network License Manager
Attention: All
Autodesk
2017.3 products include NLM version 11.13. To accommodate this upgrade, all network license servers working with
2017.3 products must also run NLM version 11.13. The
2017.3 clients cannot get licenses from a server running NLM 11.12 or lower.
NLM can be installed from the product installer, using the Tools & Utilities option. If an earlier version of NLM is already installed on the server, uninstall that version. Install the new version into the folder where the old version was located. NLM must configure the license servers before any products can obtain licenses and start running. NLM can be installed either before or after the products that use it.

Warning: The network license manager is installed into the directory
C:\Autodesk\. During installation, the default path is written as
C:\Program File\Autodesk, but the network license manager is always installed into the
C:\Autodesk directory, even if you change the default location.
