This dialog is used to specify the core-back properties for the Microcellular injection molding related process.
| Core-back open distance | The amount that the mold opens during post-filling.
The mold opening amount is typically comparable to the cavity thickness. |
| Core-back opening speed versus distance | The speed profile of mold opening.
Note: When the opening speed is too fast or if the opening distance is too big, the mechanical stretching of the bubbles or gaps between the mold wall and the resin can occur in reality.
