Mesh aggregation for 3D Warp analysis

  1. Import your 3D model and set the analysis sequence to include Warp.
  2. Click Process Settings (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Process Settings), or double-click Process Settings in the Study Tasks pane.
  3. Click Next one or more times until the Warp Settings page appears.
  4. Confirm that the Warpage analysis type is set to Small deflection, which is the default setting.
  5. Confirm that Use mesh aggregation is selected. This is the default setting.
  6. Click OK to accept the changes, or Cancel to exit without any changes.
  7. Click Finish.
