Selecting entities using Select by Layers dialog

1. Click (Geometry tab > Selection panel > Layers or Mesh tab > Selection panel > Layers).

   The Select by Layers dialog opens.

2. In the dialog, click the layer name.

   All entities assigned to the layer are selected in the Model View pane.

   Tip: To select entities from multiple layers, press Ctrl or Shift and click the names of layers.

You can select entities from layers that are displayed in the Model View pane.
