Common structural materials from the Revit Metal and Concrete categories are mapped. These materials can be found in the AEC Material library in Revit.
In Advance Steel the table that contains the material mapping lines is called GTC_Material_Conversion and is stored in GTCMapping2017.mdb. This database can be found at the following location C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Advance\Data and can be accessed and edited with any database editor (e.g. Microsoft Access). The Management Tools Table editor also offers some edit ability (modify new lines, edit them).
All manual mappings requested by Advance Steel or Revit during import are saved in the database for further use as one to one mapping.
